Chef Silvia Boff, the heart of Brazilian Table in Lititz, PA, is a Brazilian-trained chef with a passion for food and community. Beyond the kitchen, Silvia is known for her dedication to female empowerment through the culinary arts. A loving grandmother and talented pianist, she finds her greatest joy in bringing people together through food. Her journey began with cooking classes and catering, eventually blossoming into her own café, where the aroma of freshly baked cheese bread fills the air.
